🌻💛🐝 Don’t let summertime allergies stop your fun in the sun! According to the CDC, more than 25% of Americans suffer from seasonal allergies. That’s some pesky pollen! Here are some tips from the Asthma -&- Allergy Foundation of America for managing allergy symptoms:

• Try an allergy treatment such as a saline nasal rinse, nasal sprays, and/or eye drops. Always check with your Doctor to determine which treatment is right for you!

• Monitor pollen counts using online tools or weather reports

• Shower before going to bed to rinse pollen off your body and keep it away from your bedding

• Change and wash clothes worn during outdoor activities -&- remove your shoes before entering your home

• Keep windows closed, if possible, during peak pollen times
