Two things I'd have everyone prioritize for long-term health:
strength training + pelvic floor care đȘ
Strength training (2-3x/week) builds muscle mass, keeps you active as you age, and protects both your pelvic floor and your bones. It's not about aesthetics; It's about staying strong and independent.
Your Pelvic floor controls your bladder, supports your organs, and impacts every daily movement you make. Yet most people don't think about it until something goes wrong.
You don't have to choose one; they work together to keep you feeling strong and capable for the long haul.
