🎉 Happy 3rd birthday to UpLift! 🎉

When I opened our doors in 2021, I set a goal of seeing 20 clients a month as a one-woman show. I was the therapist, receptionist, janitor… and everything in between.

Fast forward 3 years and:

✨ We’ve grown from 1 to 6 incredible PTs
✨ Expanded to lymphatic drainage, oncology PT, reformer pilates + more
✨ Grown from 20 patients/month to 350+ (still can’t believe this 🤯)

But I’m most proud that every single patient still gets the same personalized, high-touch care that our very first 20 patients received.
