April is Counseling Awareness Month!

Did you know that nearly 1 in 5 adults in the United States experience mental illness each year? Counseling provides essential support for individuals facing mental health challenges, offering guidance, coping strategies, and a safe space to explore emotions. Let's break the stigma and promote mental wellness together. Reach out to a counselor or encourage someone you know to seek help if they're struggling. Remember, you're never alone on the journey to mental health. 💚
