In light of the recent flooding in the hill country, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt concern for everyone in the community. While we hope you and your loved ones were not directly affected, please know that our thoughts are with all those who may be facing loss or hardship during this time.

We are incredibly grateful for the strength of this community and the tireless efforts of first responders and volunteers who have stepped up to help. Dr. Farber serves as a hill country volunteer firefighter at and has been working as part of the ongoing rescue efforts. He has seen firsthand the resilience and compassion that define our hill country.

No drain advanced tummy tuck before & after!

This patient was uncomfortable with the appearance of her abdomen and wasn’t able to wear the clothes she wanted.

Goals - Her goals were a flatter abdomen, removal of the excess skin and fat, repair of her re**us diastasis, and to have a more contoured waistline.

She underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with re**us diastasis repair (muscle plication), and liposuction! No drains were used!

This can be done completely under local anesthesia with you awake.

An incision is made behind the ear (which hides and blends very well), and the cartilage of the ear is sutured to help shape it and “pin” it back to the head!

Goals - His goals were a thinner neck, better profile, more defined jawline, and a stronger and more projecting chin.
