Dr. Allen proudly holds membership in several professional organizations, including the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.
