Dr. McVicker works as an Independent Contractor with the Institute for Couple and Family Enhancement (ICFE) and provides therapeutic services to couples; families; and individuals (teen and adult) in a private practice setting in San Antonio. ​She works with and affirms clients of all backgrounds, race, absence/presence of religious/spiritual beliefs, gender, and sexual orientation. "Viewing clients as experts on their lives, I work with individuals, couples, and families to build on their strengths, facilitate growth, and enhance relationships. I strive to create a supportive, curious, and open space to honor individual needs, hopes, and vulnerabilities, and I personalize therapy to help clients attain their goals. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I feel honored to support clients in exploring different ways of thinking, living, and loving."
