Today I went back to Pleasanton, TX to help some very deserving clients with their Medicare needs. I get the most satisfaction and joy in this part of my job. But today, I was specially thrilled to spend the day with my daughter Miranda who networked and found the facility we visited where these clients reside. Miranda works with me in delivering excellent customer service.
