Nourish was created as a sanctuary for people to enter and take a nourishing breath.

Nourish was created for all of San Antonio and endeavors to provide a space where people can be themselves without fear or apology.

Come and go as you please. All of the practitioners will be set up throughout the space with sign in sheets. You will put your name on the list along with your phone number and your practitioner will simply text you when it is time for your session. If you are already in another session, then you will just get bumped down to the next one in line. You pay each practitioner separately for their services.

Go through your closet and accessories, and throw them in some sturdy bags, and haul them to our clothing swap event at Nourish Healing Collective!! Clothes, dresses, accessories, jewelry, perfume, shoes, purses etc.
We’ll have 1 big room to spread out the clothes and accessories and then choose whatever you want and fill your bags! We will have space for you to try-on things as well if you need/want to before you take them home.

What NOT to bring: stained or worn-out undergarments like underwear or socks. Stuff that looks new, clean, & in great condition is ok.

Anything left-over will go to a charity or non-profit in need, usually Salvation Army since they have emergency shelters for people in need.

WHEN: FRIDAY AUGUST 22nd, 2025, 6:30-8:30pm

I recommend you bring sturdy re-usable grocery bags, or bring a few garbage bags to be able to fill what you want to take with you.

Just Breathe: Free Community Workshop

We are partnering with a local organization that’s all about bringing people together to inspire meaningful connections and relationships. Find friends you never knew you had with Readi!

​Curious about meditation, yoga, breath work, and other wellness activities, but don’t know where to start? We’ve got you! Come to Just Breathe: a meetup for anyone interested in exploring a yoga and mindfulness practice.

​A huge thank you to Lauren Mason who offered to lead this workshop! Lauren is a yoga therapist with extensive experience teaching people from all backgrounds and physical abilities. She focuses on creating an atmosphere that is inviting, non-judgmental, and informative, with no pressure and no nonsense.

​So, whether this is your very first time trying yoga, or you’ve got a few years under your mat (hehe) this group is completely accessible, unbiased, and welcoming to anyone who wants to learn—even if you don’t think yoga is “for you.”

​This meetup includes a short introductory experience with sound meditation, paired with plenty of time for questions and discussion. By the end of the evening you can be sure you’ll leave with new experiences, fresh ideas, and maybe even some new friends. We can’t wait to explore and discuss together!

Regarding the crystal bowls, the body has a natural connection to quartz, what the crystal bowls are made of.
