The Fire Horse year carries themes of courage, liberation, truth, and forward movement, making this an especially potent time for breathwork and inner recalibration.

This shamanic breathwork ceremony is a guided, intentional experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, clarity, and reconnection to your inner wisdom.

Through conscious breathing, curated music, and safe, trauma aware facilitation, participants are invited to release stored tension, access insight, and realign with their personal power.

No prior experience required.
Come exactly as you are.

Important Contraindications

Shamanic breathwork is a powerful somatic experience and may not be appropriate for everyone at this time.

Please consult with your healthcare provider before attending if you are pregnant or have a history of the following:

• Cardiovascular disease, including heart conditions or high blood pressure
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
• Recent surgery or acute injury
• Glaucoma or detached retina
• Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or active psychosis
• Any condition where intense physical or emotional release is not advised
