First to my family as a wife and mother to three incredible children. I extended that commitment to my community, establishing and managing nonprofits and initiatives that offer support to service members, their families, and caregivers of the wounded, ill, and injured. In 2016, my path took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with cancer. This experience shifted my perspective, prompting me to embrace self-care alongside my care for others. Through this personal journey, I pursued certifications as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher. Now, I've found a life that is not just purposeful but also deeply satisfying, marked by a vitality and vigor that resonates. After years of devoted learning, obtaining certifications, and navigating the labyrinth of information online, I'm now dedicated to inspiring and guiding clients on their individual quests for optimal health, wellness, and happiness. My mission is to lead others through the maze of wellness, supporting them to achieve their own unique sense of vitality and contentment.

This Veteran's Day, I’m honoring my husband, Chief (Ret) David Fish! Watching him lead with courage, humor, and heart taught me so much about what true service looks like.

Even though his uniform is retired, that same heart for others still shows up in everything he does.

To all who have worn the uniform—thank you for your dedication, sacrifice, and example. 🇺🇸
