Due to a family emergency, we will not be having Qigong tonight at Bexar Collective. We will resume next week, Thursday, July 17th from 8–9 PM.

Additionally, all sessions at Abundant Universe this Friday are canceled. We will resume next week, Friday, July 18th from 1pm-6pm.

Qigong at Our Lady of the Lake is also canceled for this week — we will resume the following Monday, July 21st from 10am-11am.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this time. We appreciate this beautiful community and look forward to seeing you all soon.

What is Spring Forest Qigong?
It’s a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that combines breathing, simple movement, sound, and visualization to help you release stress, restore balance, and awaken your natural healing abilities.
