Effective 11/01/21 we will be in our permanent location, Suite 201. Still the same address and building: 5368 Fredericksburg Rd. Building C. We are looking forward to seeing you and hope everyone has a great weekend!

Wanted to share a photo of the temporary office to aid you finding us at the new location. Our suite is C210. It's simplest to park at the back of the building C and we have a ground level entrance, 1st door to the right!

Dear valued patients,

Effective July 1, 2021 we have moved to 5368 Fredericksburg Road. Our temporary suite is C210 while our new office is being renovated. Once that is complete we will be moving to C200 in the same complex.

Our phone and fax number will remain the same.

There is free ground level parking!
