What a beautiful way to kick off NEURture Project 2026 💙

On January 30, we held our first NEURture Project event of the year at Brighton Center , and we couldn’t be more grateful. Huge thank you to Brighton Center and their incredible therapists who show up every day to advocate for families and support young children with such care and expertise.

This partnership means the world to us—and it was the perfect way to start the year. Here’s to more connection, collaboration, and community ahead.

Executive functioning challenges can show up as “I can’t do it” moments—but they’re not about motivation or ability. They’re about skills that grow with the right tools, time, and understanding.

Our newest blog breaks down what executive functioning really is and shares practical, neurodiversity-affirming ways to support children and youth at home and in school.

“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”
— Martin Luther King Jr.

At Autism Community Network, we believe meaningful change happens step by step.

Sometimes that first step is learning something new.
Sometimes it’s asking for support.
Sometimes it’s choosing compassion, inclusion, or understanding—even when the path ahead isn’t fully clear.

This , we honor Dr. King’s legacy by continuing to take intentional steps toward a more inclusive, equitable community where neurodivergent individuals and their families are supported, valued, and empowered.

One step forward still moves us all forward.
