SASHS is her to provide a safe place to talk about your pain, sadness, addiction, & anything else that’s triggering you. We want to hold each other accountable when we want to self harm, use, drink, or whatever the addiction is. You are not alone. Everyone in this group can relate. This support group is meant to teach, learn, listen, hold accountability, and ultimately save lives. Ring the bell because we’re here for you🛎
We have a few simple rules that are required to be a member.
1) What is said on the page STAYS on the page. No sharing others stories in or outside the group.
2) Absolutely MUST do feeling check in EVERYDAY. Preferably in the morning.
3) NO BULLYING or vulgar language anywhere on this page. Be respectful to each other.
4) If you are doing any of your warning signs, feel like using or doing any self harm; come to the page and write a post starting with your feelings and what warning sign you’re on. Feelings are posted like this :

Warning signs are from 1-5 1 being the lowest (there’s time for help and support) and 5 being the highest (no time for negotiation call 911)
