Employee Spotlight: Analise Quinones, MSN, RN
At The PREOP Center, Analise Quinones, MSN, RN, serves as the Director of Clinical Education & Business Development, bringing a wealth of experience and a strategic vision to her role. Analise has contributed significantly to advancing patient care and team development with over 12 years in nursing and three years with ABMD PLLC. Her extensive healthcare administration and clinical education background underscores her pivotal role in the organization.
“I have been blessed with a career centered around caring for patients,” Analise reflects. Her journey began as a registered nurse, where her role as a staunch patient advocate sparked a deep-seated passion for healthcare administration. “Being a strong advocate for patients inspired me to explore the administrative side of healthcare and become an advocate for staff,” she explains.
What makes Analise’s role at The PREOP Center truly special is the strong leadership team she is a part of. “I am fortunate to work alongside exceptional female leaders in the healthcare industry,” she says. Analise highlights the team's collaborative spirit, including Dr. Bruggeman, our COO Carrie, PA Markay, Dr. Clifton, Yvonne DNP, and PA Kim. “They have cultivated a professional environment where growth and training are encouraged,” she adds. This nurturing environment is further enriched by the team's wealth of knowledge in various facets of medicine, making every day an opportunity for learning and growth.
The driving force behind Analise’s commitment is the supportive team she is a part of. “Knowing I work for a team that genuinely cares about me is incredibly motivating,” she shares. From the very beginning, when she joined The PREOP Center SA, she has been witness to its growth and success. “It has been rewarding to see our practices expand, and this continuous progress drives me,” she says.
Analise’s approach to patient care is both comprehensive and innovative. She emphasizes the importance of designing and implementing processes that align with the core values and standards of high-quality care. “Our focus is on treating the patient as a whole—mentally, emotionally, and physically,” she notes, highlighting a commitment to holistic care that sets the practice apart from others.
One of Analise’s most memorable experiences involves training staff to embody the values and mission of patient care. “It’s incredibly fulfilling to see our staff embrace and carry forward our mission to take care of our patients,” she recounts.
Reflecting on her journey, Analise feels fortunate to have met influential figures like Carrie and Dr. Bruggeman. “This practice has provided me with the opportunity to gain experience across multiple specialties and aspects of healthcare,” she concludes with a sense of gratitude and excitement for the future.
