We totally get it — life happens!

But because we prep your vessels, fragrance bar, and all the magical little details ahead of time, we do have a few cancellation guidelines:

🕯️ 24+ hours before your session
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will incur a $10 fee.
🕯️ Same-day cancellations
Cancellations made the day of your scheduled session will incur a $25 fee.
🚫📞 No-Call, No-Show Magic Mishaps
If you’re running late or can’t make it, please call, text, or email us! If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled and a $25 fee will be charged to the card on file.

✨ Please note: Our $5 reservation fee is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up. Thank you for understanding that behind every candle pour is a little prep, planning, and sparkle from our team. 💛
