It doesn't matter what the truth is, what matters is that you share yours. Sometimes, it is super hard to share what we really feel and believe; especially, if we are the scapegoat in our family system. One way to tell if the truth is yours or someone else's is by noticing how detailed your memory of an experience is. If the memory is very detailed and you feel each part of the remembered occurrence this is likely your true memory. Often family members or significant others use a technique called gaslighting to change our truth. It may be difficult to see this, but the gas lighter is playing a role in the generational dysfunction and may not be aware of how harmful their actions and words are.
Take many deep cleansing breaths and speak your truth. Maybe, start by sharing with a proven safe friend, family member, or therapist.
You were born perfect! It is your Divine birthright to feel pure joy and love.
