Sometimes medicine is not in the form of a pill or of a therapeutic technique but in the form of healing energy and wisdom from our ancestors. From the safe loving people in our lives that have transitioned out of this life and into their next one.

A grandmother who has passed. A parent. A mentor. They are still sent to us in ways beyond the physical to help hold space for our wounds and our hurts.

When working with clients it is not uncommon for me to get deep visuals of an energy trying to come through for a client. Something usually tied to nature or traditional care. Sometimes it’s a word.

Grateful for the ways wisdom and healing came through today for each of my clients. I am just the conduit helping transport and awaken. 💫

The Verve turns 5 this August!

Private Practice was always the goal and to reach five years as a business owner with consistent success is truly a blessing. Success for me is not referring to profit, but the ability to consistently provide for my family, have the flexibility to make my own schedule and Homeschool our son and being able to provide a safe affirming space for Individuals and Couples and be witness to their growth, healing and awakening to a more empowered self.

Thank you to everyone who has referred others my way and shared my name or business in spaces and places. I look forward to continuing to evolve in my practice so that I can continue to hold space in a way that creates safety, acceptance and inclusivity.
