Yvonne Garcia has been more than an Executive Director; she has been a steady presence, a thoughtful leader, and a consistent source of support for our team, patients, families, Touchstone Communities, and our providers. The care, integrity, and quiet commitment she brought to this role have shaped not only daily operations, but the culture of our organization.
While we are genuinely saddened to see Yvonne move on, we are also grateful for the time we’ve shared and the impact she leaves behind. The relationships built here and the difference made in the lives of those we serve will not be forgotten.

A full heart and a full table! We're still reflecting on a beautiful Thanksgiving week, where the Touchstone family came together. From providing support to the wonderful residents in our Touchstone Communities to delivering meals to the doors of our beloved home care patient, the spirit of giving was truly alive. We are thankful for our team, our residents, our patients and the ability to serve.

Was a wonderful Celebration of Life for our families and friends! We are honored to have supported these families with hospice services over the past year.

We had a beautiful Celebration of Life to honor the memories of loved ones and friends who had passed this year with Touchstone Hospice services. Our friends from Touchstone Communities hosted with us and blessings were found and butterflies released. Thank you families and friends!! We are blessed to have each other.
