Come out and enjoy the Helotes/San Antonio Holiday Community Market on December 17th! This is an opportunity to take photos with Santa and the Grinch and do some local holiday shopping! Bring the kids, but while this is a family-friendly event, please leave the fur-babies at home. Food and drinks will be available for purchase (so no outside drinks allowed).
If you are curious about myofascial release, I will be there offering complementary 5-minute treatment demonstrations, so you can feel for yourself what it is about. There will also be a sign-up for a giveaway of a free full hour of treatment, with the winner to be drawn by the end of the month! Gift certificates for holiday gifts, birthdays, or just because (isn’t that the best reason?) are also available for purchase.
