This program is designed specifically for runners looking to improve posture, core control, mobility, and resilience against injury through the focused movements of Pilates.

Dates: Tuesdays, Sept 30 – Dec 9
(No class on Oct 28, Nov 25, or Dec 2)

Time: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
