Special community yoga event alert 🚨

Join me on Friday, April 10 at for a gentle evening of Restorative Candlelit Yoga and a Sound Bath designed to help your body release tension, calm your nervous system, and settle into deep relaxation.

We’ll move slowly through supported restorative poses surrounded by soft candlelight while soothing sound healing vibrations help guide your body into a state of rest. It’s a cozy, peaceful space to pause, breathe, and give your body the reset it’s been asking for.

Most of my work happens in private settings, so I don’t open community experiences like this very often. When I do, I keep them small and intentional so everyone has the space to truly unwind.

There are only 13 spots available, so the room will stay cozy and personal.

If you’ve been craving a way to release the stress of the week and enter your weekend feeling nourished and relaxed, I would love to share this evening with you.

Come unwind with us. Register at the link in my bio or in person at ✨

Most people think self‑care means adding more to their already full day.

But the good news is, small things done consistently can completely shift how you feel.

If you practiced this simple routine for the next 8 weeks, you might notice: • less stress • better sleep • more energy • a calmer nervous system

None of these habits require hours of your time.

You just need a few intentional minutes each day.

Save this post and try it as a small experiment for the next two months.

Then come back and tell me what changed for you.

Busy schedules, constant responsibilities, and endless to‑do lists can pull us out of our bodies. Sometimes the most powerful reset is simply slowing down and moving differently.

Try letting your spine move in a soft figure‑8 instead of the usual forward‑back cat‑cow.

It brings fluidity back into the body and reconnects you with that calm, intuitive energy many of us lose in the rush of daily life.

A small moment of movement can shift your whole day.

Happy International Women’s Day to every woman balancing responsibilities, family, and herself.

Ready to shift your perspective on rest?

Yoga, breath work, and meditation are all ways to get you out of your head and back into your body so when you try to rest, you actually FEEL rested.

And when purposeful rest becomes a priority instead of an afterthought, get ready for your whole life to change.

Sometimes our nervous system is trying to get our attention in really simple ways.

Maybe it wants a slower breath.
Maybe it needs a little movement.
Maybe it just needs a moment of gentle reassurance.

Check out a few tiny nervous system resets I come back to when I feel overwhelmed or scattered.

Pick an envelope and see which one your body might need today.

There’s no wrong choice. Just notice which one you feel drawn to.

If one of these helps, save this post so it’s easy to come back to later. And share with a friend who might need a small reset today too.

Give our private 1:1 session a try, and if you don’t feel noticeably better by the time it’s done, you don’t pay.
