Kids are curious, capable, and often braver than we think. CPR isn’t just for adults—starting the conversation early helps them understand what to do in an emergency, and more importantly, that they can help too.

👧🏽👦🏻 Whether it’s knowing how to call 911, recognizing someone in trouble, or understanding what an AED is — kids can absolutely learn the basics.

A Successful Day at the Zoll Summit!

Today, CPR San Antonio had the privilege of attending an incredible summit focused on enhancing emergency preparedness with ZOLL Medical AEDs and onsite emergency kits.

We dove deep into life-saving products like the Zoll AED 3, highlighting the importance of pad/battery replacement and busting common myths—like the misconception that you need to replace the battery after every shock. The truth is, most AEDs are designed to handle multiple uses before a battery change is necessary!

In addition, we explored the features of Cardiac Science’s Powerheart G5 model, comparing it with Zoll’s innovative offerings to ensure our community is equipped with the best in emergency response technology.

It’s all about preparation, education, and readiness—and we’re committed to making sure you have the tools you need to save lives. Stay safe, stay prepared!
