My next Walk with a Doc will be on Saturday, July 12th at 8:30 am at Walker Ranch Park. Enjoy this free 2 mile walking event on paced trails every 2nd Saturday of the month. There will also be a brief health talk and raffle prize. Frequent walkers get free t-shirts. Water and snacks included. Hope you see y’all there!

We had an amazing turn out last month at my monthly Walk with a Doc. My next walk is coming up soon, this Saturday 12/14 at 8:30 am at Walker Ranch Park. It will be a little chilly, so dress warm and also festive for the holiday season (only if you want). Will you join me for a walk? I hope to see y'all there! -Dr.
