Back-to-back super ultras (200+ miles each) start THIS week for Ken 👊
When he came in, he was dealing with calf tendinitis and a lot of built-up tension that could’ve turned into a bigger issue mid-race.
We focused on:
• Breaking up restriction with scraping
• Improving blood flow with cupping
• Restoring movement so he can perform under extreme mileage
This isn’t just “recovery”… it’s race prep.
When you’re pushing your body to that level, small issues become big problems fast.
Now he’s heading into race week moving better, looser, and ready to go.
