Today in the Esperanza kitchen enchiladas, rice and beans were prepared. An awesome Tex-Mex lunch.
The role of cooking groups at Esperanza as part of our treatment program is to play a vital role in helping patients foster a healthier relationship with food.

This achieved by:
* Teaching valuable cooking skills
* Offering exposure to feared foods in a nurturing setting

These groups not only enhance food knowledge but also support recovery by making the cooking experience enjoyable and less anxiety-inducing.
