Headway is expanding to Medicare Advantage and Medicaid, leveraging new funding to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone. Starting in 2025, Chris will be accepting these clients, opening the door to great care for millions more people in need.

Headway’s recent $100 million Series D funding will help widen access to mental health care for over 100 million Americans covered by Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. Despite the high need, access remains a problem due to a shortage of mental health providers. Headway is addressing this by enabling clinicians to fill these gaps, making it easier for them to accept patients through insurance.

If we’re fortunate with education and resources, giving back to society through donations, helping others, or volunteering is crucial.

Good health enables us to support others. Daily exercise, even just 30 minutes, boosts flexibility, activity, and reduces stress.

Being mindful helps us focus on the present, making better choices for our well-being.

A good night’s sleep of 8 hours keeps us productive and rejuvenated. Consistent sleep patterns are vital for health.

Physical health is paramount as it affects our overall enjoyment of life.

Building a strong social network and learning continually enriches our lives.

Mental health is essential for overall well-being; practicing gratitude and avoiding comparisons are crucial.

We all face problems in our day to day life. Sometimes when it feels overwhelming, either we start thinking too much about the problem and getting into habit of overthinking or we try to run away from the problem. Running away or avoiding any problem will only add further problems.

It is important to understand that we need to have solutions based approach in life. Once we acknowledge that there is a problem that needs to be addressed, we must start thinking about its possible solutions.

It’s important to confront the problem and face them head on. When we start making progress towards solutions to our problems, we get a sense of hope that we able to resolve the issue.

So let’s not focus on problems, focus on finding solutions to our problems.

SPEAK UP. It’s for you, not for others!

Men go through tough times in their life. But they resist SPEAK UP

Society “We” have induced some factors like;

❌Prejudice: The belief that men should always be strong and unemotional.
❌Ego:The desire to maintain an image of strength and invulnerability.
❌Societal Pressure: Expectations from society that men should handle their problems without seeking help.

Speaking up is not a sign of weakness, but a courageous step towards healing and self-care.

It’s essential for men to understand that seeking help and expressing their feelings is for their own benefit, not to meet societal expectations. Breaking the silence can lead to better mental health, stronger relationships, and a more supportive community.

Being a part of Society, we “Women” are also responsible directly or indirectly for the above factors!

✅Let’s Break the rules. SPEAK UP. It’s for you, not for others!
