Today we celebrate the extraordinary women of TN Spine.

In healthcare, women make up the majority of the workforce by far, and at TN Spine they are the backbone of everything we do — caring for patients, supporting our physicians, leading teams, and keeping our organization moving forward every single day.

But their contributions do not stop when the workday ends.

Many of these same women go home to another full-time responsibility — caring for their families, raising children, managing households, and carrying the countless responsibilities that come with being a parent and a leader at home.

They heal.
They lead.
They nurture.
They carry both professional and personal responsibilities with strength, grace, and resilience.

Today we recognize the dedication, compassion, and sacrifice of the women who make TN Spine stronger every day.

Celebrating Our Grand Opening at Westover Hills

What an incredible night celebrating the grand opening of our new office at Westover Hills. The turnout was truly overwhelming, and we are deeply grateful.

This milestone was not built by one person or one team, it was built by a community.
None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of our referral physicians, our patients who trust us with their care, our peers, and the many organizations that have stood beside us. We are grateful for the OR teams, the hospital staff, our dedicated office staff, and the administrators — especially Grant and Derrick — who believed in the vision and gave us the autonomy to build something special.
We are especially thankful for the freedom to create a neuroscience service line the way neurosurgeons know it should be built by neurosurgeons, for patients. That autonomy matters. Because one thing neurosurgeons understand deeply is how to recruit their own and because of that trust, we have been able to recruit exceptional neurosurgeons who are now launching remarkable programs for our community.

This is more than a building.
It is a commitment to excellence.
It is a promise to collaboration.
It is a testament to what happens when physicians are supported, not controlled.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. The future of neuroscience in Westover Hills is just getting started.

Dr. Monsivais has successfully completed his 100th SI joint fusion using SI-BONE technology — a testament to dedication, precision, and commitment to improving patients’ lives every day.

We are incredibly proud of his accomplishments and the impact he continues to make for our patients and our community. The work may be quiet, but the results change lives.

“The calling to be a neurosurgeon”
Very few people truly understand what it means to be a neurosurgeon unless you live in this world.The pressure, the long hours, the mental and physical strain, and the responsibility of knowing that every decision matters.
These doctors carry more than skill, they carry the weight of their patients’ lives, their families’ hopes, and the quiet stress that follows them long after the operating room lights go out.
Too often, the work of physicians is misunderstood, and at times even treated like a commodity reduced to numbers, schedules, and metrics when in reality it is a calling that demands everything a person has to give.
We are honored to work beside physicians who give so much of themselves, every single day, to help others heal.
From 9 to 5 (really 24 hours) and far beyond this is what dedication looks like.
