This only happens once a year… and it just so happens I’m on Day 10 of holding sacred energy.
They say when the timing is right, something ancient rises in the body—what some call the Krist oil.

I’ve been moving through this shift in silence… but tonight, everything aligned.
The fire is lit. The discipline is real.
And something deep in me is rising.

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted as A Modern Mystic.

Truth is, I’ve been going through it.
Loss. Breakups. Surgery. Ego deaths.
And a whole lot of remembering who I really am.

I didn’t step away because I lost the path.
I stepped away because I was walking it — in silence.

This next version of me is softer, stronger, and a little less performative.
I’m not here to impress. I’m here to express.

If you’ve been healing behind the scenes too,
I see you.
I’m back. A little weathered, but still lit.

I spent my birthday weekend starting with dinner with my friend Benny Alvarez. Thank you for the belt buckle, bro. I appreciate your friendship throughout the years.

On Friday evening, I participated in an ecstatic dance workshop, which was quite interesting. I had a blast with my spiritual community and will definitely be joining more workshops.

Saturday was spent with my boy Justin Reed, focusing on recovery at Evolve Human Optimization Lab. We tried compression boots, the infrared sauna, Norwegian sauna, and the ice plunge!

My new frames came in this weekend as well. I’m really enjoying them.

I decided that it was time for a new vehicle, and it looks like I found one. I’ll share more details once the deal is finalized. I also hung out at oaks roostthe Fair Oaks Roost with my longtime friends Carlos, James Pacot, Mike Dell, and Lisa Dell.

I want to express my gratitude to everyone who sent me birthday wishes and special gifts 📿🙏

Turning 50 is a significant milestone, and I look forward to the abundance and blessings that I am creating for myself and those around me!
