✅ For advanced or beginners alike come experience a dynamic class lead by an instructor with a passion to help you find your optimum wellness through movement and breath

✨ Find stress relief through breath work and stillness as we finish a practice together✨

First time taking a class? It would be privilege to offer you adaptive moments in class. Finding adaptive practices is where I’ve focused my training.

Advanced level or somewhere in the middle? Let me help you challenge yourself and listen to what your body is calling for to tailor the practice to you and your need.
