​We invite you to experience Yoga through movement, sweat, laughter, meditation, and community! Connection with ourselves and with others is what HSY is all about, and we’ve designed our spaces with that in mind. We believe spaces that foster personal growth and a sense of true belonging are just as integral to our wellbeing as a heathy heart, or strong bones and muscles.

Through classes, workshops and lifestyle programs led by excellent, warm, and inspiring teachers Honest Soul Yoga provides an opportunity to meet others, and meet ourselves, through genuine connection, personal accountability, new challenges, and tons of love!
