✨Sensory Alert: Tunnel Play!✨
Crawling through a sensory tunnel isn’t just fun — it’s a fantastic way to support your child’s body awareness, focus, and regulation. Tunnels provide alerting sensory input that helps kids reset and re-engage, especially when they need a movement break.

💡Try it at home: set up a play tunnel, a blanket fort, or even a row of chairs with sheets. Encourage crawling, rolling, or racing through — simple, playful, and so beneficial!

Need some calming activities do to at home? Try heavy work!

Heavy work helps calm the nervous system, improve focus and attention, and enhance emotional regulation. Some activities you can try are: wall push ups, pushing a laundry basket, animal walks, or tug of war. Give it a try at home and let us know how it goes!
