We are looking for Janitors, or custodians, to take care of our clients and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate well with the rest of the staff and our clients
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills

Working experience as a janitor
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Integrity and ability to work independently
Good working attitude at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Night shift
On call
Weekends
Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay
COVID-19 considerations:
All common surfaces are sanitized and cleaned regularly. We are doing all we can to keep social distancing a priority. Gloves are available and ready for each site.
