Hi, I'm a grateful believer in Jesus Christ who celebrates recovery from adolescent sexual trauma, promiscuity, kleptomania, PTSD, depression, and grief... I'm currently in recovery for codependency, control, and overeating. And my name is Brittany!

There are 12 Steps to the sanctification and healing journey, 12 Steps to freedom from our hurts, hangups, and habits. Step 5 says that we "Admitted to God, myself, and someone I trust the exact nature of our wrongs" and 1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."

I am purified, forgiven, loved, and I matter to God. Celebrate Recovery at New Hope United COG7 has helped me and it can help you too!

Hey Forever Family! Celebrate Recovery is going to be structured slightly different tomorrow night, Oct 4th, because we're celebrating a very special occasion - the hopeful expectation and arrival of Ministry Leader, Brittany and Terry's baby girl Emmaleigh Joelle.

Do you Remember your rescue story?

Psalm 32:3,5 When I refused to confess my sin, my body wasted away, and I groaned all day long....Finally, I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my guilt. I said to myself, "I will confess my rebellion to the Lord." And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health can look different for everyone, and that's ok. Celebrate Recovery at New Hope United COG7 is a safe space for people struggling with mental health issues - in fact only 1/3 of attendees are in recovery for a chemical/substance abuse.

CR is a space for peer support, we are here to support one another, not “fix” one another.

Let God do the fixing and restoring!

What we are NOT...

A place for judgment.
A replacement for counseling and therapy.
A place that gives up on HOPE!
