The Phoenix Woman course launches TOMORROW and I'm beyond excited about it! Spaces are limited!
We're going to spend 3 months together and cover a few different topics.
The first month we'll set up foundational habits to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and get in tune with our bodies. We'll set up daily, weekly, and monthly routines that form a solid foundation of safety and security to support us in the second month of deeper inquiry and to carry with us after the course is over.
The second month is what Brene Brown refers to as the "messy middle". We'll explore and clear some old patterns of limitation but also reconnect to the joy we have been able to experience at different times in our lives. You'll have support as you work through anything that comes up from earlier times in your life that you are ready to release. I've done a lot of this work for myself and I look forward to holding the container for you as you shed old energy and make room for the full you to shine through.
The third month will be really leaning into what lights us up and exploring how to be more radiant in our daily lives. We'll find places to add more joy, harmony, and love.
You'll get 13 live group Zoom calls on Thurs at 6:30PM Central Time, which will be recorded for anyone who misses. On Friday's you'll get access to the week's teachings that will include journal prompts, ideas to take into meditations, suggestions for practices, and meditations. There's also a private group on my website for participants.
