CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS - CHANGE YOUR HEALTH!

Here are the top health concerns linked to regular consumption of industrial seed oils (like canola, soybean, corn, cottonseed, safflower, sunflower, grapeseed, and rice bran oils).

Top Health Concerns from Seed Oils
1. High in Omega-6 Fatty Acids → Chronic Inflammation

Most seed oils are extremely high in linoleic acid (an omega-6 fat).
A little is essential—but excessive omega-6 creates an inflammatory environment in the body.

Chronic inflammation contributes to:
joint pain
cardiovascular issues
autoimmune activity
skin problems
metabolic dysfunction

The average American eats 10–20x more omega-6 than omega-3, far beyond what the body can handle.

2. Oxidative Stress & Toxic Byproducts

Seed oils are chemically fragile and oxidize easily—especially when heated during cooking or processing.

Oxidized oils form:
aldehydes
lipid peroxides
free radicals
These compounds damage:
cell membranes
DNA
cardiovascular tissues
This oxidative stress accelerates aging and increases disease risk.

Most industrial seed oils are processed with:
hexane (a petroleum solvent)

deodorizers
high heat extraction
This heavy processing denatures the oil and may leave trace residues.

High-linoleic oils alter:

hormone production (especially estrogen and cortisol balance)
