San Antonio's ONLY hybrid ER & Urgent Care combined medical center, offering a Full Spectrum of unscheduled care options! This hybrid model provides comprehensive, cost-effective care for you and your family with little to no wait time. Upon arrival, you will be evaluated based on National ESI Triage standards to determine the appropriate level of care so that you are only paying for the services you need! Our ER is open 24 HOURS 365 Days a year so we are always here whenever your need arises. We are locally owned by our physicians who are experienced combat veterans and accomplished academic professors. We are hopeful that you will never need our services, but if you do, our team of highly trained professionals will take top notch care of you and your family. We are dedicated to consistently providing the best experience to our patients and the communities we serve. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. 🚨Traffic Alert 🚨

This weekend, the Loop 1604 & I-10 interchange will have scheduled closures as part of TxDOT’s expansion project:

Friday, Oct. 24, 9 p.m. → Saturday, Oct. 25, noon

Saturday, Oct. 25, noon → Monday, Oct. 27, 5 a.m.

Expect delays and plan extra travel time. Law enforcement will be on-site to assist with traffic.

As always, we are here for you and your medical needs.

🐾 Blanket & Linen Donation Drive for San Antonio Animal Care Services 🐾

This season, let’s come together to support our furry friends at the City of San Antonio Animal Care Services (ACS)! Many of the animals in their care rely on donated blankets, towels, and linens for warmth and comfort while they wait for their forever homes.

You can help by donating gently used or new:

🚧 Road Closure Alert 🚧

Please be advised that multiple closures are scheduled this weekend as part of TxDOT’s Loop 1604 North Expansion Project. Closures will occur between Friday evening, October 17 through Monday morning, October 20, weather permitting.

We recommend allowing extra travel time and planning alternate routes if you’ll be driving near the Loop 1604 and I-10 interchange this weekend.
