Trying to only feel one way or never experiencing the full realm of emotions can be damaging and exhausting. The goal is to acknowledge your feelings, let them come and go. Sound tough? Try the below tips!

1. Identify what you are feeling
2. Remind yourself that an emotion is not good or bad, it is just an emotion
3. Give yourself space to feel your emotions without judgement
4. Reflect, why am I feeling this way?
5. Now, and this is the important part, let it go.
