Steps to Beat the Stress!

3.) Prioritize tasks: Use to-do lists and calendars to organize your workload. Set realistic deadlines and break big projects into smaller tasks.
4.) Take breaks: When you're feeling stressed, step away from the situation and shift focus. Do a little dance, play a song, or go for a walk. Mix it up and take a break.
5.) Practice positive thinking: Reframe negative thoughts, focus on solutions, and practice gratitude.
6.) Talk to friends, family, or professional about your stress and ask for support.
