Sometimes we treat ourselves harshly by holding ourselves to impossible standards. If you lower the volume on the self doubt and try saying, "What if I can" or "What if I did" the sentence sounds different. One of my favorite tools when tackling a new task is saying "yet". I haven't mastered that task "yet". Can't run that mile "yet". Try changing the sentence as a means to lower the "self doubt volume". We believe in you!

Not every day is going to shine and be perfect. Some days will feel harder than the rest and you may need to take a break and give yourself some extra time.

Feeling less okay than usual? Try these tips below:

1.) Reach out to a friend or trusted person and take time to touch base and chat.

2.) Move your body! Dance session anyone? Take a walk, stretch your limbs, or get up and change the view.

3.) Journal. Spend a few moments recording how you're feeling. What are you grateful for? How are you feeling? What are you hopeful for?
