Back to School Tips with Dr. Nicole Peak:

1.) Build a Routine: Be thoughtful around the anchors of the day in the morning and evening and allow time for setting intention and or winding down for the evening

2.) Take a Break: Remember to save time for breaks after school prior to the next scheduled activity or even homework. Make time to relax & recharge. You too parents!

3.) Communication: Keep communication open but not overwhelming to allow time for your students to come to you in a safe place without judgement.
