It’s Le***an Visibility Week 🧡🤍🩷

There would be no fight without le****ns ❗️
From caregiving and advocacy during the AIDS crisis to building spaces of care and community, le****ns have always shown up.🫂

Visibility also means being honest about health.
Many le****ns are told they are not at risk for HIV. While the risk is lower, it is not zero. Misinformation and stigma can create a false sense of safety and keep people from getting tested or accessing care.

Here are BEAT AIDS, we believe everyone deserves accurate information, support, and access to sexual and reproductive health care no matter what their sexuality may be.

We’re taking time to raise awareness about how HIV continues to impact young people, especially those who may not always have access to the care, education, and resources they need.
This is especially important when we talk about Black and Latino youth, who are disproportionately affected.

This is about showing up for young people with real support, real information, and access to care that meets them where they are. ❤️‍🩹🫂
