🏃‍♀️ Patient Spotlight: 🎉
We first met Linda in July 2024 when knee and ankle pain were holding her back from doing what she loved: being active.

Together, we focused on restoring stability and reducing pain, then we shifted our sights to building strength and performance.

Fast forward a year, and Linda is thriving! At 57, she is crushing half marathons, Scallywompus races, HYROX, DEKA Fit and triathlons! 💪

She made her physical health a priority so she could live the active life she wanted, and she’s doing exactly that. She makes no excuses!

⚡️Shoulders feeling stiff before your overhead workout and stretching just isn’t cutting it? 🤔

Here’s the thing 👉 it’s probably not a flexibility issue… it’s a stability issue.

When your shoulders lack control overhead, your nervous system hits the brakes creating that “tight” feeling as a protective response. 🧠💪
