It is easy to feel helpless in times like these, especially in how to hold space for our innocent children. I wanted to share a resource I came across today that has some really useful information on supporting our children in the days ahead. My heart is broken, yesterday and today I have focused on my breath and calming myself so I am most available to the children in my life.
