If you are taking any valid prescriptions, please bring them in for your Counselor to log into your electronic file (a Release of Information will be needed), Signs of Overdose-what to do list, a list of what to do if you miss your Dosing Days, a lastly, Courtesy Dosing Information

ATTENTION all current patients, future patients and ANYONE in need of services, our INTAKES are on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and THURSDAYS STARTING AT 8M. If you are going to do an intake, please bring your Texas ID or DL, or Jail Id, Social Security card, and YOUR CURRENT INSURANCE CARD. There is no INTAKE fee. The daily dosing fee is $13.00
