This Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra workshop with Ilena Hernandez () invites you to slow down, soften the body, and rest deeply. You’ll move through long-held Yin poses with optional hands-on assists, followed by an extended Yoga Nidra practice to settle the nervous system.

This practice is quiet, grounded, and supportive.
What to expect
• 75 minutes of Yin Yoga
