I am officially going to shorter days for the summer! You all know I’ve been working 6 days a week 12+ hours daily (aside from what my schedule should be) because I take care of my clients. I don’t like anyone to be in pain but in respect to that, I need to take care of myself in order to massage you at my best!

With over 10+ years experience in rheumatology, orthopaedic, and pain management. I have managed to utilize my skills to combine deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point and stretching to alleviate pain and discomfort. I specialize in chronic/acute pain, sciatic nerve pain, injuries (new/old), nerve damage, stress and relaxation.
