🎒📚 Back to school = back to the sniffles! 🤧

Now that kids are back in classrooms packed with new friends (and new germs), runny noses and coughs are making their rounds. While most colds are no big deal, nobody wants the whole family fighting for tissues!

🌡️☀️ Summer heat is no joke in Texas! With temps soaring into the high 90s and beyond, heat-related illnesses can develop quickly.

⚠️ Watch for warning signs: dizziness, heavy sweating, nausea, muscle cramps, confusion or rapid heartbeat, which can indicate dehydration, heat stroke or heat exhaustion.

Stay safe this summer:
💧 Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily (more if you're active!).
⏰ Plan outdoor activities for morning/evening.
🧴 Use SPF 30+ sunscreen daily — even on cloudy days.
🏠 Take frequent breaks in the AC or shade.
