Let me tell you what a week looks like for me.
It is never typical.

With peach season in full swing, I’ve been traveling to Fredericksburg—sometimes twice a week—picking up peaches and local produce straight from the source. I’m sourcing for cooking demos like this one at Confluence Park during a San Antonio Metro Health Healthy Neighborhoods workshop, visiting farms, talking with producers, delivering to local restaurants, and attending a whole lot of markets.

What moves me is my passion for creating a healthy and vibrant food system that we all deserve. In just two months, Nourish’d Seeds LLC has already contributed to the growth of several local farms through consistent buying and support.

At Nourish’d, we believe in paying farmers a fair wage while making quality produce accessible to our community.
