This is the time for growth and creating.
For listening to that inner voice.
Comfortably, sitting in the constellation, Virgo ruled by the planet, mercury communication residing in our belly and allowing ourselves to digest and grow.

Incorporating the first chakra, the root chakra creating a supportive foundation, adding the sacral chakra allowing yourself to be creative, expressing yourself in all forms.

We are moving from the new Buck moon, setting intentions, and entering the waxing crescent time for creating a new way.
When we make room, we self-sacrifice something that no longer serves us. Listen to your heart and forgive yourself to make room.

Happy summer solstice, the longest day of the year, honoring the feminine!! We celebrate and move into Taurus's ♉️ massive grounding energy full of Love from the planet Venus ❤️. Helping our necks be flexible and see the joy that's all around us.

Let's celebrate and create a self-care ritual connecting back to Earth, creating a sense of empowerment, cutting away and releasing what no longer serves us. In creating and setting boundaries using our animal friends as examples of loyalty, and unconditional love.

Leaving the quarter moon, a time of forgiveness and adjustment. Moving through the constellation, Aries, the bold ruler of Mars, of taken action standing and fighting to reside in our heads, reminding us not to overthink.
