Today we celebrate the incredible Adele—our fierce, fabulous, and feline-loving teammate—who is retiring after 9 amazing years of service at TEAMability! 💜

Adele has been the cat-alyst for so much good in our organization. Her dedication, compassion, and quirky charm have left paw prints on all our hearts. 🐱💼

We’re not kitten around when we say she’s irreplaceable. Whether she was solving problems with the precision of a laser pointer or bringing joy like a surprise cat meme, Adele made every day brighter.

Join us in giving her a round of appaws 👏 and wishing her a retirement full of naps in sunbeams, cozy blankets, and maybe a few mischievous cat adventures. 🐾☀️

Sam began her career as a paralegal fresh out of college, but her heart led her to a higher calling: championing the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities. With 9 years of experience at 's, both as a volunteer and employee, she’s no stranger to leadership, compassion, and community impact.

Currently diving into nonprofit management and grant writing, Sam is here to learn, grow, and help us make magic happen. ✨

Wheels of Joy: Mateo’s First Trike! 🚲💫

Recently, TEAMability hosted a magical Bike Day with our friends at Freedom Concepts, where families explored adaptive bikes, picked their favorite styles and colors (yes, sparkles were involved!), and customized their dream ride.

And guess who rolled away with his very first trike? Mateo! 💪 His perseverance, positivity, and unstoppable attitude lit up the day—and now he’s riding into his future with confidence and joy.
