Internal bleaching on tooth #8 by Dr. Cortez
To most people, the difference may seem subtle.
But when it’s your smile, every detail feels amplified.
Small changes can make a world of difference in confidence, self-esteem, and how freely someone shows up in the world.
This patient now blends seamlessly into his natural smile—and we’re confident he’ll be smiling more and holding nothing back.
What is internal bleaching?
Internal bleaching is used for teeth that have darkened from the inside—often after trauma or a root canal.
Instead of whitening the surface, a gentle bleaching agent is placed inside the tooth, where the discoloration lives. Over a series of visits, the tooth lightens from within and blends naturally with the surrounding teeth.
How long does it last?
Results typically last a few years, and in some cases are permanent. Touch-ups are rarely needed.
