The Women’s Health Clinic at Wilford Hall is adjusting its services to optimize access and readiness for active-duty service members, while maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality care to all beneficiaries.

What This Means for you:

For Active-Duty Members:

- You will continue to receive uninterrupted Gynecology, Contraceptive, and Obstetric care at Wilford Hall.
- PINC Clinic: Available every Thursday from 0730 to 1100 (first 15 patients only).

For Non-Active-Duty Beneficiaries:

We will help facilitate your gynecology and contraceptive care through Randolph Air Force Base, Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) or a TRICARE-approved network provider.

For contraceptive care, please contact your Primary Care Manager (PCM) or the Randolph PINC clinic at 210-652-1836. You may also call CAMO at 210-916-9900 to schedule an appointment.

What about OB services?
OB services are provided through BAMC—no referral is needed. To initiate OB care, please call 210-292-2168.

Ok, if you’re anything like me, if it takes me too long to find the scheduling information for the Lab (immunizations/blood work) then you might just not even bother doing it 🫣 so while I was at Wilford Hall yesterday I stopped and snagged one of these bad boys. I guess now I have no excuse to not get my blood work done 😅

BLOOD DONATION ELIGIBILITY UPDATE!

Effective December 2, 2023, the Armed Services Blood Program fully incorporated the FDA recommended revisions to the individualized donor assessment and new screening procedures. All donors, regardless of sexual orientation, will be asked the same questions. Donor previously deferred for positive responses to screening questions specific to male-to-male sexual activity may be re-assessed for blood donation eligibility.
