Hello Everyone! In light of the newly lifted requirement of face masks by the Governor, PLEASE BE AWARE that Family Ties will STILL ENFORCE FACE MASK REQUIREMENTS for in person sessions at our establishment. We want to contribute to the continued health of our environment and are committed to ensure the safety and health of all our clients and community. ❄❄❄🚨Good Morning Everyone! First, we'd like to thank everyone for your patience this week. It has been very challenging for everyone. This week, appointments have been canceled due to the inclement weather and power outages. In other circumstances I would've offered telehealth sessions but due to the power outage all across our city, this would not be feasible due to internet issues and phone/pc connection issues. Raul (Office Assistant) & I will call clients daily to update status of scheduled appointments. PLEASE BE ADVISED that TOMORROW'S APPOINTMENTS (2/18/21) have been canceled due to forecasted snow and sleet. We will be calling everyone for tomorrow's cancellations. So far, Friday's & Saturday's appointments still stand. We will call and update accordingly should we need to cancel. Again, thank you for your patience. If you have any questions, please feel free to call 210.257.9393 - the office phone lines have been forwarded to Raul. STAY SAFE & WARM!❄❄🚨

💥Good morning all! Please be advised that as of Friday, 12/11/20, our office has been closed and will remained closed until further notice. Due to the increasing COVID-19 cases in our community, it is best to keep everyone safe. With that being said, all sessions have been transitioned to video/phone sessions. Raul (Office Staff) & I are currently calling current clients to ensure everyone that had a previous in-office session scheduled is notified in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For now, we are not scheduling any new clients and our office will be closed from Thursday, 12/24/20 to Monday, 1/4/21. 🚨Update: Appointments are available for NEW clients beginning the week of 12/7/20 as we have been transitioning current clients to in-person/in-office sessions this past month. There is limited availability for appointments at this time as the next few weeks are booked. Please note we will be closed November 23, 2020 to November 27, 2020. There will be no Saturday appointment availability on 11/28/20. The office will re-open Monday, 11/30/20.

Safety is the upmost importance at Family Ties Counseling and therefore, temperature checks will be required, masks are required for adults AND children before entering the office, hand sanitizing is also required - hand sanitizer is available for all clients. We ask that only the client scheduled come in and for children attending session, only one parent accompany the child. We ask that other family members remain outside or in their vehicle. Telehealth sessions are still an option for those clients who wish to continue to have sessions in this manner.

Good morning!
This is an update on behalf of Family Ties Counseling:

As you may know, San Antonio is once again experiencing a large spike in the amount of active COVID-19 cases. Over the last few days, our city has been inching closer to 5,000 cases, and in efforts to keep you safe from exposure we are forced announce a second closure for our business until further notice.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause, but we will continue to provide telehealth services for our clientele so that we may continue to serve you to the best of our ability.
Please keep in mind that the information we receive is ever changing, and we will be keeping up with daily updates and statistics in effort to make decisions with your best interest in mind.
